Sabah Standoff Continues

I have nothing against President Aquino, but the mere fact that a letter was sent to his office way back 2010 with a plea to address the issue of SABAH territorial issue – this gives anybody a doubt why the letter was misplaced (?) It was claimed that the said letter wasn’t able to reach him… The question is, How come…?

It is about time that the rights of Brother Filipinos/muslims in Mindanao be heard. According to the history, SABAH was given by Brunei to the Sultanate of Sulu, it was then leased to the British and then take over by the Malaysia government when the said country claimed its freedom. Proofs of cheques amounting to 5,000 Malaysian Ringgit was annually paid to the Sultanate of Sulu. These cheques were kept by the Family of Sultan for future or legal purposes.

The government is BLIND to see the needs of the Filipinos in Mindanao. The politicians are engrossed with so much election issue, corruption issue, pork barrel debates etcetera…

The wife of the crown prince of Sulu said in one tv interview that they are willing to fight for their right… This is normal for everyone… The mistake came from the President office whoever is in charge with the safekeeping of important letters that are meant for the president eye. This is actually a National issue that is supposed to be addressed seriously and as urgent as possible.

What can you say, people of the Philippines. This is Sabah that is owned by the Philippines but other country benefits of whatever wealth Sabah has to offer…
